KMJ Interior Designs wants each guest experience to be perfect !!! KMJ Interior Designs has chosen the fastest, safest, and most reliable shipping method for each product on our site.

KMJ Interior Designs cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

KMJ Interior Designs ultimate goal is to ship all merchandise within 5-14 business days from original purchase date.

KMJ Interior Designs will require a signature for all packages for delivery verification.

Damaged Décor

For any unforeseen reason your home décor item an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit, contact Customer Service immediately at kmjinteriordesigns@gmail.com

KMJ Interior Designs will request  photos for verification purposes and  to determine the best plan of action. Please keep box and contents All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery. Any claims made after 10 days will not be accepted. KMJ Interior Designs reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges of décor items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the guest. KMJ Interior Designs also reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges not made within the 10-day period.
